Yesterday was my husband's and daughter's birthday. To celebrate we drove about 13 of my daughter's friends down to eat at The Wedge in Deep Duece. After dinner, we all headed over to see Romeo and Juliet at Bicentennial Park in Downtown Oklahoma City. Wow! What a great show! With its wonderful actors, updated clothing, newer music, and original script, we really enjoyed the show.
Another great thing was that since there were so many of us, my husband and I got in free. I think it was actually Edmond Memorial High School night at the show, so we saw even more people that we knew.
If you can make it, you should go. It runs through September 4th, 2010.
